Customers must provide genuine and valid documents for all registrations (Trade License, Passport, Land Revenue, etc.). Fraudulent use of our services for illegal activities will be reported to authorities.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not liable for technical delays in government portals or rejection of applications by government authorities.
Payments for appointments and digital services must be made via our official Razorpay links or at our center in Faridpur.
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. However, once a government application or digital process has been initiated, cancellation is not possible.
